Aurelien Perera&nbsp; <\/strong>\u2013 Laboratorij za teorijsku fiziku kondenzirane materije Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Sorbonne u Parizu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naslov:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DINAMIKA U SUSTAVIMA S MIKROSEGREGACIJOM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SA\u017dETAK<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikro \u2013 heterogene teku\u0107ine karakterizira specifi\u010dna heterogena mikro \u2013 struktura, koja sadr\u017ei labilne supra \u2013 molekularne agregate. Tipi\u010dni primjeri takvih teku\u0107ina su alkoholi, ionske teku\u0107ine i razne teku\u0107ine meke tvari. Osim uobi\u010dajene molekularne dinamike, zajedni\u010dke svim teku\u0107inama, dinamiku ovih sustava karakterizira i kineti\u010dki aspekt, koji je povezan s dinamikom labilnih supra \u2013 molekularnih agregata, uz uobi\u010dajenu dinamiku individualnih atoma i molekula. Cilj ovog rada je otkriti specifi\u010dnosti u dinamici mikro \u2013 heterogenih teku\u0107ina, vezane upravo uz spomenuti kineti\u010dki aspekt. Dinamika se prou\u010dava analizom razli\u010ditih dinami\u010dkih veli\u010dina dobivenih simulacijama molekularne dinamike, kao \u0161to je van Hove korelacijska funkcija G(r,t),&nbsp; funkcija raspr\u0161enja F(k,t) i dinami\u010dki strukturni faktor S(k,\u03c9). Pokazat \u0107e se da heterogena mikro-struktura ostavlja trag u ovim dinami\u010dkim veli\u010dinama, \u0161to omogu\u0107uje direktno razlikovanje dinamike i kinetike u istim sustavima. Pokazat \u0107e se i da je, za razliku od dinamike, kinetika pod jakim utjecajem prisustva neutralnih atomskih grupa i veli\u010dinom istih grupa. Istra\u017eivanje se provodi za razli\u010dite vrste teku\u0107ina, uklju\u010duju\u0107i jednostavne teku\u0107ine, kao \u0161to je aceton, te slo\u017eene teku\u0107ine, kao \u0161to su voda i mali monoli. Svrha rada je razviti teorijski i ra\u010dunalni okvir za istra\u017eivanje slo\u017eenosti u teku\u0107inama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Title:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DYNAMICS VERSUS KINETICS IN COMPLEX LIQUIDS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Micro \u2013 heterogeneous liquids are characterized by particular heterogeneous micro \u2013 structure, which contains labile bonded supra \u2013 molecular aggregates. Typical examples of such liquids are alcohols, ionic liquids and various soft \u2013 matter liquids. In addition to the usual molecular dynamics, common to all liquids, the dynamics of these systems is characterized by kinetic aspect, which is related to the dynamics of labile supra \u2013 molecular aggregates, instead of individual atoms or molecules. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the specificities in the dynamics of micro \u2013 heterogeneous liquids, which are attributed precisely to this kinetic aspect. Particularly, dynamics will be studied by extraction of various dynamical quantities from computer simulations, such as the van Hove correlation function G(r,t), the associated scattering function F(k,t) and the dynamical structure factor S(k,\u03c9). It will be shown that heterogeneous micro \u2013 structure leaves marked signature in these observables, which enables to directly distinguish between dynamics and kinetics in these systems. While dynamics is shown to be governed by the time evolution of charge order, which determines the arrangement of charged species in the system, kinetics is governed by the existence of neutral species and their size. Study is performed for several types of liquids, ranging from simple disordered liquids, such as carbon tetrachloride or acetone, and complex disordered liquids, such as water and small monols.
